Individual Therapy - 50 Minutes


Individual psychotherapy is a process in which clients receive one-on-one support with a trained mental health professional in a safe, caring, and confidential manner. Clients are able to explore their feelings, emotions and experiences, establish therapy goals and work towards their growth.

Group Therapy - up to 60 Minutes

Only available at select locations. Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy where a trained mental health professional will provide support to clients in a small group. Our groups comprise of up to five clients to ensure quality of care and support.

Drop in Session - 25 Minutes

Only available at select locations. This unique offering caters to support clients with their immediate need to debrief and process their feelings and emotions with a mental health professional in a single session approach.
