Specialized Virtual Sessions
Sienna is proud to offer staff a variety of specialized virtual sessions. Click below to register with the clinic in your home province.
Note the Group Therapy and Drop-in Sessions are only available at select locations.
Individual Therapy
Book a 50-minute virtual session, one-on-one with a therapist specialized in helping caregivers cope with stress.
Group Therapy
Only available at select locations. Join your colleagues in a safe virtual group setting. Group sessions last up to 60 minutes and have a max of five participants.
Drop-in Session
Only available at select locations. These unique virtual sessions are 25 minutes long and designed to help caregivers overcome immediate workplace mental health challenges.

How do I book a session?
Booking a session is easy. Just register with RT Medical Virtual Clinic in your province and pick a time in the online booking calendar. If you need help, please contact our customer support team at 647-560-3133
Is this covered by insurance?
Yes, it can be. After you register, we’ll send you an insurance intake form where you can provide your policy information and we will confirm if we are able to bill your provider directly.
What if I need to cancel, what’s your policy?
We do not charge your credit card until after your session. Cancellations made with a minimum of 24 hours' notice will be not be charged and can be rescheduled at your request. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be rescheduled and will be charged in full.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
No, our services are virtual and only offered online.
Do I need any special equipment?
You will need an internet-enabled device with a working web camera. We use Doxy.me for secure video calls and it simply works in all major desktop and mobile browsers. No download or install required.
