Community Mental Wellness
Whether you're looking for a one-off program or recurring sessions, the goal of these virtual services is to help strengthen mental well-being, improve staff morale, and help Sienna’s teams better cope with strenuous situations.
The group debriefings create a safe, non-judgmental space for participants to express their thoughts, feelings, and symptoms that may have occurred following a critical incident(s) and day-to-day issues.
The group debriefings enable caregivers to process these experiences and facilitate:
recovery from possible critical incident stress with the discussion of coping skills and resources
return to healthier and better-regulated functions in participants’ personal and professional roles

These group sessions can be offered in an online group format where each participant joins the video call from their device, or via an in-person group setting where participants interact with the therapist through a shared device (e.g. TV or large monitor).
The format can also be tailored to the participants’ needs and be offered as a ‘closed group’ or a ‘drop-in’. To ensure everyone can benefit from the experience, 1-hour group sessions are offered with 1 facilitator for a maximum of 5 participants. 2-hour group sessions are offered with 2 facilitators for a maximum of 10 participants.
Programs in response to critical incident and crisis management scenarios related to specific events, for example: natural disasters (and evacuations), abusive families, or bereavement (both for clients and co-workers).
Monthly, quarterly or bi-annually to help with everyday situations, for example: general workplace stress management or internal conflict resolution,
